To give you a little introduction; we are a husband & wife team that is very passionate about fitness & nutrition. Olly is a CrossFit/Strength & Conditioning Coach and Anitra is a Paleo Nutrition Coach & Paleo Challenge Coordinator, the  perfect combination!

We developed Paleo Nutrition Principles to team up with others affilaites to assure their athletes’ Paleo Challenge experience is a fun and successful one.

Anitra believes that Paleo nutrition is an excellent guideline and foundation to build  a nutrition regime.  She understand that everyone is an individual with individual nutritional needs. She also  acknowledges that because something is Paleo doesn’t necessarily mean that it is good for you and just because something isn’t Paleo doesn’t make is bad.

Whether you are in a Paleo Challenge with a large group or are being coached individually Anitra will work with you very closely find the food combinations that best suit your body’s needs for optimum health & performance and to assure you Paleo Challenge success.

 What Is Paleo Nutrition

Paleo Nutrition or to follow the Paleo Diet means you eat food that would’ve been available to you had you existed during the Paleolithic Era which started about 2.5 million years ago. Our genetics are virtually identical to those of our early human ancestors, only changing 0.005% since the introduction of agriculture. We were selected for survival in a hunter gatherer way of life. Our Paleo ancestors were strong, healthy and virtually disease free.

What are the Paleo Nutrition Principles?

The Paleo Nutrition Principles are simple; If our ancestors could pick it from a bush or catch it with a spear, you eat it.

To simplify it more: Eat meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds and berries.  The rule of thumb; it is considered Paleo if the food is eatable it in its raw state. (You are not required to eat it raw)  This is a naturally occurring low to medium carbohydrate “way of eating.

Paleo Nutrition Principles will Coordinate your Paleo Challenge!

When you host a Paleo Nutrition Challenge we will educate & coach your participants through the strict but life changing Paleo diet lifestyle. They will be eating only nutritious whole foods that include meat, fish, fowl, leafy green vegetables, nuts, seeds and fruit. Foods that will be avoided are grains, dairy, legumes, starchy carbohydrates and sugar.

This program is a natural total body cleansing that will kick-start the metabolism, regulate digestive health and help get inflammatory conditions under control. Other benefits include elevated moods, increased energy,  improved sleep & complexion.

It is our goal for participants to achieve an increased awareness of how foods affect their health & everyday performance as well as give them the tools and knowlege to find out what foods are optimum for their individual lifestyles.

Paleo Nutrition Challenges participants will receive the following:
