GET STARTED AT CROSSFIT FENRIR

Getting started with a new gym is a huge decision. We give everyone the opportunity to try a class for free first, and then we take steps to prepare everyone for a successful entry into our CrossFit Group Classes. Here’s our easy step-by-step guide!

Step 1

Book your FREE One on One Session (£35 Value)

One of our trainers will take you through a preliminary session, where we’ll assess your current fitness level, address any issues, and of course run you through a CrossFit workout. Note that our Free Workouts are scheduled at different times than our group classes, so that you can get the full attention of a trainer. To schedule a FREE one on one, use our contact form and we will be in touch with you.

Step 2

Check out our Class Schedule

Take a look at our session times to find the ones that suit you. Whilst not essential, we recommend that newcomers start by training 3 with us times per week until they feel comfortable to increase the frequency of their training. Sessions last approximately 1 hour.

Step 3

Choose to:

A) Join CrossFit Fenrir as a member (£50 per month Unlimited group classes)*

B) Step up to one on one Personal Training. Limited Spaces.

C) Drop in to a class: £7.50
