Paleo Green Smoothie: Kale & Banana

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
2 cups chopped kale
½ cup coconut milk
1frim tbsp ground flax seeds

Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth & enjoy!

*I like to add a couple of ice cubes
